    ①When she was frightened by Mr. Laurence,she was more timid and unwilling to go to the room placed that grand piano any more, not even for the want of the piano. But after Mr. Laurence's kind enticement,she finally pluck up courage to play the grand piano. ②After playing the grand piano,she want to make a pair of slippers for Mr. Laurence to appreciate him. ③After Mr. Laurence sent her his granddaughter's piano, Beth went to the Laurences' house right away without haste and went straight to Mr. Laurence's study, said a few of thankful  words , then put her both arms round his neck and kissed him. From then on , Beth will never be afraid of Mr. Laurence and talk to him intimately.
