A false appearance of dignity

There is no denying that Rosemary is a  hypocritical woman.She did her unmost to flaunt her fortune,to perform her so-called kindness.Her sudden mind to shelter the poor girl was ridiculous and actually, without genuine.As a female , I feel uncomfortable about her behavior but show sympathy to her as well. Looking back to that age,we know, women’s social status are very low,which mean that a large quantity of them have to depend on their lovers in many aspects. They are tightly tied to their husbands，who are always considered to be the backbone of a family.Like Rosemary,she gave up sheltering the girl without hesization when she heard her husband praising the girl ,and then spared no effort to curry favour with her husband.Frankly speaking,Rosemary shouldn't be blamed for her hypocrisy because she is also one of pity women at that age.
