This is an exciting adventure story about poor boy called Jim, accidentally got a legendary treasure map. In support of Dr.Livesey and local squire, they organized a team to look for the treasure. Unexpectedly, there was a group of pirates who pretended to be sailors on board. Under the leadership of one-leg Silver who acted as a cook, they prepared to kill Jim and his partners for acquiring the treasure map and getting wealth alone. After eavesdropping on the secret, Jim cooperated with captain and others to defeat the pirates and gained the treasure.
What impressed me most was the section is that Jim calmly hid in the apple barrel and overheard the conversation between the cook and the. He found that they were pirates and they wanted to rob maps and treasures. Afterwards, Jim can keep calm to tell the doctor the truth and discussed the way to deal with this situation. I admire Jim for being so calm when he was in trouble at a young age as well as he was so clever that unite others to defeat the pirates. When facing danger and difficulty, we must be calm, being calm is a best way to help us find useful solutions to the problem and overcome difficulties. Also, confidence and courage are important for us to get rid of difficulties.
