an echo in remembering

Daisy is Gatsby's dream. We have seen the great power of dreams, which have transformed a young man into a wealthy man on the East Coast. Years later, Gatsby, a poor boy, became famous and bought a huge mansion across from Daisy's villa on Long Island, New York. He dared not visit Daisy rashly, but held a luxury party every day, hoping to attract Daisy's attention one day, but Daisy never came.
